This website was set up to give information about our Bed & Breakfast accommodation, our Forged Iron crafts and the activities on our Croft.

The Ravenstar philosophy is the re-connection of people to the Earth. We aim to do this through organic, non intensive farming. Growing and       serving fresh food with no additives, and providing a stress free environment away from the pressures of modern life.

The Isle of Lewis boasts many interesting Iron Age sites, deserted beaches and miles of rolling moorland allowing you to find or re-discover your connection to nature. There are opportunities for Walking, Cycling and Nature watching, and many local craft industries to discover.

Ravenstar Forge is our outlet for Dave’s hand forged Iron creations. These are all made in the smithy on the croft and forging demonstrations are  often available.
